No. We do not charge an emergency surcharge. You pay the same fee as any other appointment, regardless of when you come in.

What should I do if a tooth is knocked out?

Keep the tooth moist at all times. If it is clean, try to place it back in the socket. If not, hold it between your cheek and gum, or place it in a glass of milk. Call us immediately on (02) 9159 3955.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

We accept walk-ins for emergency dental care. We reserve daily time slots for urgent cases, so there is usually minimal wait.

Are you available on weekends?

We are available Mon–Fri 9am–9pm and Sat 9am–5pm for a free consultation over the phone and will arrange a same-day appointment. We reserve daily time slots for urgent cases so you are seen fast — our dentists assess, x-ray and diagnose on the spot, treating everything from toothache and abscesses to cracked teeth, knocked-out teeth, lost fillings and facial swelling.

Same-day treatment — extractions and root canals

We can perform emergency extractions and root canal treatment same-day, prioritising pain relief and preserving your natural tooth — for broken jaws or severe mouth trauma, attend your nearest hospital emergency department.
